NuvoH2O Dishwasher Packet Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your enrollment in and use of subscription-based dishwasher detergent booster products offered by Nuvo Residential, LLC d/b/a NuvoH2O (“NuvoH2O,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in a subscription online or by phone, you agree to this Agreement and authorize recurring charges as described below.

- Subscription Overview
NuvoH2O subscriptions are monthly auto-renewing plans. Your subscription will continue each month unless you cancel.
- There is no minimum commitment.
- You may cancel at any time as described below.

We currently offer the following subscription options:
- Lite Subscription
$2.99 per month
Six (6) dishwasher packets shipped every six (6) months
Designed for monthly use - Standard Subscription
$5.99 per month
Thirteen (13) dishwasher packets shipped every six (6) months
Designed for bi-monthly (every other week) use - Power+ Subscription
$7.99 per month
During the first year: Thirteen (13) packets shipped every three (3) months
After the first year: Twenty-six (26) packets shipped every six (6) months
Designed for weekly use
Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- Free Packet Promotion
When you enroll in a subscription, you will receive three (3) dishwasher packets at no charge, including free shipping.
- The free packet offer is promotional and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
- The promotion is non-transferable and limited to one (1) redemption per household. Customers who cancel and later re-enroll are not eligible to receive the free packet promotion again.
- Your subscription begins immediately upon enrollment.
- Your first subscription shipment will be scheduled to arrive when the free packets would reasonably be used based on your selected plan.
- Billing & Automatic Renewal Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Nuvo Residential, LLC d/b/a NuvoH2O to charge your selected payment method monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Your payment method is charged immediately upon enrollment.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
- There is no minimum purchase obligation.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
- Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge up to five (5) times.
If payment cannot be successfully processed after retry attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is included in your subscription price.
- Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
- Subscriptions are available only to customers located in the United States and Canada.
- Additional shipping charges, duties, or tariffs may apply outside the continental United States.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with immediate effect, using any of the following methods:
- Online through your customer portal
- By email at [email protected]
- By phone at 877-688-6426
Once canceled, no future charges will be made.
- Refunds, Replacements & Returns
- If you cancel within your first month, your initial subscription payment will be fully refunded.
- After the first month, subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
- If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace the item at no cost.
- If you decline a replacement, you may cancel your subscription.
- Customers are not required to return unopened packets.
- Changes to Your Subscription
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement, including subscription pricing, shipment quantities, or delivery timing.
If a change affects your subscription, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice by email before the change takes effect.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which will be available at:

- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the American Arbitration Association’s rules and procedures.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
- Consent & Acknowledgment
By enrolling in a subscription online or by phone, you acknowledge and agree that:
