So often on other platforms purchasers have complained about the Nuevo cartridge product. It’s seems the installs were done incorrectly from the photos I’ve seen. I’ve used mine now for just over 5 years flawlessly. I change the filter every 4-6 months and it does a great job. No hard water and spots which is typical here in central Florida.
