Your warranty is active from the date of purchase, whether you register or not. Registering puts your system details on file, so support already knows what you have and when it was installed.

Registration takes about two minutes.

What you'll need

Your serial number
On the label on the system itself.
Your order number
In your NuvoH2O order confirmation email, or in your account if you have one.
Your install date
An approximate date is fine.

What registration does, and what it doesn't

What it does
  • Puts your system, serial number and install date on file, so support does not have to ask
  • Speeds up a warranty claim, because the paperwork is already ours to look up
  • Tells us which cartridges your system takes when you need replacements
What it doesn't
  • Start your warranty. Coverage runs from the date of purchase either way
  • Sign you up for marketing. Text preferences are optional and off by default
  • Require an account. Registering does not create one
