Can I install the system myself, or will I need a plumber?

Our scale preventer pucks just drop in, no tools needed. Our point-of-use systems connect to a single appliance’s water line, so most homeowners with basic plumbing skills can install them. If you’d rather not, a plumber can handle it quickly.

Which system is right for my water heater?

Our Water Heater System installs on your water heater’s incoming line to prevent new scale and break down existing buildup, helping it run efficiently and last longer.

When should I replace the cartridge?

Scale preventer pucks last up to 3 months. For point-of-use systems, check your product page or manual for the replacement schedule, or sign up for auto-ship so your next one arrives on time.
