  • Register as an authorized installer.

  • Fill out Rebate Form. You will be asked to:
    Upload image of new installation.
    Upload an image of the old unit being field destroyed.
    Upload proof of purchase from distributor.

  • Receive rebate within 45 days of form sunmission.
