Dragonfruit Smoothie

Dragonfruit is maybe a more exotic fruit than some of us are used to using, but it’s very healthy, goes well with a wide variety of citrus and sweeteners, and is drought-resistant so this is the best time of year for it! Recipe calls for:

  • 1 dragonfruit
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 lemon or orange
  • 1 strong spoon
  • Blender

What to do:

  • Cut dragon fruit in half
  • Scoop insides out with strong spoon, dice into chunks
  • Put dragonfruit, juice from 1 citrus of choice, and sweetener to taste
  • Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
