Dragonfruit is maybe a more exotic fruit than some of us are used to using, but it’s very healthy, goes well with a wide variety of citrus and sweeteners, and is drought-resistant so this is the best time of year for it! Recipe calls for:
- 1 dragonfruit
- Honey to taste
- 1 lemon or orange
- 1 strong spoon
What to do:
- Cut dragon fruit in half
- Scoop insides out with strong spoon, dice into chunks
- Put dragonfruit, juice from 1 citrus of choice, and sweetener to taste
- Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
