Love this system
System works as advertised. I recommend 100% over salt units. When changing out old cartridge and filter it is messy to release the holders full of water. Even though the pressure is released, the water still spills out when removing the holders.
Only issue was residual activated carbon particles come out of the softener cartridge and get into the water line
I have a well, since installing the Nuvo Maner, I've noticed a huge difference in water clarity, and outlet function.
We had the Manor Duo installed at the end of September 2020, to replace a salt-based system that used Morton's and other salt pellets which we had for about 20 years. The NUVO systems is entirely better, and the water that is dispensed throughout the house is drinkable. We live in Phoenix, AZ, which has municipal water noted for it high mineral content. It tasted and smelled so bad that we seldom drank it, preferring Kirkland water from Costco. No longer. Now, we drink our muni water and the NUVO filter and softener simply and unobtrusively do their jobs. We replaced both filters a week ago (so the original filters had 13 months of use on them), and the filter was filthy and almost black. We are happy with our purchase, and recommend it without reservation.
